It’s the Bikini Bottom intro. My apologies if it’s been a regular thing but I hadn’t heard it before . Maybe it was just for Hawaiian Shirt night but with Spongebob’s roots in the OC (creator Stephen Hillenburg developed the characters while working at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point) it actually felt like a nice detail to have, hope they use it more!
