Can Yall give me a realistic estimate of when this team will actually be a contender?

I’ve been an Angels/49ers fan my whole life and these past 4 years I’ve gotten used to winning and I love it, but every spring is just a reality check when I see this team go 70-92 for the 10th time in a row, I went to my first game of the season last night and got to watch that incredible pitching performance. so can you guys please give me a realistic estimate of when we will be good
