I don’t understand Dodger fans trying to downplay the sweep

They say they don’t care or that this series doesn’t matter. However, I disagree. They have six games coming up against the Padres and in between that is a 3-game set between the Padres and Giants who just got swept. The Padres have the potential to extend their lead quite a bit. The Dodgers are now in a wild card spot in which they’re only 3.5 games ahead. IMO, this series was important as they all are when looking at the big picture. Go Halos.
