My favorite would be the jersey from the 90’s era. For me, it was the CA logo patch, with the dark blue hat to compliment the jersey.
I’ve never understood why the angels adopted the color “red” as their primary color. If you’re saying to yourself, well it’s because they want to stay away from blue due to the dodgers claiming it. For me, that doesn’t add up. The Angels in the past had blue as their primary color many times, and having a hint a red as a compliment.
The point I’m making is.. that the color red doesn’t make sense. Our team is the “Angels” so why does our team have red as their primary color? Red historically is associated with the devil, and we’re called the Angels..that doesn’t make sense to me.
IMO.. we should have all white uniforms for home games, and all grey uniforms for away games. That would make more sense, being that we’re called the Angels.
Anyway, what are your thoughts?
