[Passan] Right-handed reliever Adam Cimber and the Los Angeles Angels are in agreement on a one-year, $1.65 million contract, sources tell ESPN. Cimber, 33, was nontendered by the Blue Jays and joins the recently signed Luis Garcia and Carlos Estevez in the Angels’ bullpen.
