I’m thinking we should sign Blake Snell.
The Angels aren’t afraid to sign high priced free agents but we always sign hitters (Pujols, Hamilton, Upton, Rendon, etc.). In this era we have been given talents like Trout and Ohtani from our own system and still had a failed dynasty. I think its time to start:
1. SPEND MONEY ON PITCHING
(No more Pujols contracts from now on only pay pitchers big money)
2. DEVELOP OFFENSE
(Neto, O’Hoppe, Moniak, Schanuel)
3. PRIORITIZE DEFENSE/ATHLETICISM
(We need to stop the errors and unearned runs look at the teams in the post season now, very sharp on defense and also very fast/smart on the base path
