This is my first time ever buying baseball tickets.

I bought tickets for tomorrow’s game via Stub Hub and can access them via the Stub Hub app and site. I’ve also screenshotted them.

Tonight I got an email from angels.com instructing me to download the MLB Ballpark app to get my mobile tickets. I also notice on the Angels site that it says the only valid way to enter Angels Stadium is via tickets on the app and that screenshots won’t be honored.

However after creating an account on the MLB Ballpark app using the same email I used on Stub Hub, the app cannot find my tickets (I don’t even know how it’s supposed to know I bought them if I used another service).

Anyone have any suggestions? Am I totally screwed?
