In 48 games since June 27, El Fugitivo (Luis Rengifo) has hit .303/.386/.556 (.942) and raised his season slash line from .201/.290/.289 (.578) to .247/.333/.410 (.743). His OPS+ is up to 100 and his wRC+ is up to 104 (from 64).

Would Shohei consider signing a 2-3 year deal while he rehabs? Does it make sense for the Angels?
