The problem with the Eduardo Escobar and Mike Moustakas pickup is their performance with RISP – it’s not that great.

The numbers back the eye test – Shohei, Moniak, Drury, and Thaiss do extremely well with RISP. You’d have to wonder how sustainable their BABIP are though.

Obviously the two underperformer are also the unluckiest (BABIP) – Hunter Renfroe and Taylor Ward. Hoping these numbers turn around in the 2nd half.
