Jeremiah Jackson headed to the Mets, per @Joelsherman1 . A little surprised by that. He’s the Angels’ No. 9 prospect, per MLB Pipeline. 2018 second round pick. He’s having a nice season, and took a step forward offensively at Double-A. Has a .768 OPS. Plays both OF/INF. comments
There’s no updates for now on either Phil Nevin or Perry Minasian. The Angels have not yet scheduled an end of season press conference for tomorrow. That is something they do every year, but have held off for now. comments
