His last home run came on July 1, 2023, and he has gone 169 at-bats without a homer since.

He had decent power early in his career, hitting more than 20 homers five seasons in a row, and he was more than capable of smacking doubles off the wall.

I’m not a Rendon hater at all. He’s had a run of bad luck with injuries, but he’s been hustling in the field and grinding out quality at-bats.

But that’s a serious power outage.
