This team is special. I don’t come from LA/Anaheim, or even the state of California, but I wanted a baseball team to call my own as I don’t have one in my hometown. I picked the Angels because I liked Shohei Ohtani, but it’s not about him to me anymore, it’s about the Angels. I just re-watched Angels in the Outfield and it’s filled me with hope and excitement for this team. Sure our owner’s the worst, but it could happen! We as a fan base have been really doom and gloom recently when I think we should be excited! We could go far, it’s unlikely, but it could happen!
