I am barely watching Ohtani’s ESPN documentary and he obviously loves being apart of the Angels, he mentions even that the Angels fans are a big part of him feeling comfortable and at home. I think Ohtani is stuck between his love for being an Angel/ the relationships he has built with the organization and moving onto a winning team. I don’t think he really wants to leave the Angels but he is a winner and wants to win ultimately.
