Just a reminder that I’m just a fan, I can’t see in the dugout or locker rooms at all but from how it looks on the broadcasts we don’t really have a “leader” or “captain”.

The fact that Moose kinda naturally fell into that role being with the team for only a few months solidified this idea for me.

Do you think it affects the team in a negative way that there isn’t anyone that passionately riles everyone up during games? I imagine it’d be useful to have a charismatic person to be there acting as a leader, telling everyone what they need to hear that isn’t a coach or trainer.
