You can criticize some of his moves, but Nevin brings an edge and grittiness to the team that has been sorely lacking. He backs his players and isnt afraid to get in the mix when it’s needed. With guys like Neto, Drury, OHoppe etc showing grittiness too it would finally give this team some much needed personality. Thats the identity the team needs to adopt for the future. Perry has emphasized he looks for a certain type of player. This must be it. It works. Last guy Halos had like that was Jered Weaver. We need more Jereds!
