Let’s be honest, our farm system was pretty weak to begin with, so even tho we’re trading our top prospects, they aren’t really generational prospects or anything like that, our best young guys are O’Hoppe, Neto, Detmers and Moniak and we didn’t move any of them. Other fanbases think these moves set us back half a decade, but that’s not even close to being true, with how Perry has been drafting and trading, I’d say, if anything, this sets us back a year in a possible rebuild, I’ll take that any day over the regret of knowing we didn’t put all our chips on the table when we had Shohei fucking Ohtani and Mike fucking Trout.
