[Bob Nightengale] Lost in all of these daily zany rumors about Shohei Ohtani is the fact that #Angels GM Perry Minasian has done a fabulous job. The Angels have improved by 18 games over a year ago despite their club being slammed with injuries. They are 51-49, 4.5 games out of a wild-card berth.
