Our minor league call-ups all have atrocious numbers in the MINORS. They simply get called up because they throw 98. Perry apparently doesn’t give a shit about anything else. How do you expect guys who were terrible in the minors, to be great in the majors?
How about we call up minor leaguers who have actually been successful, and disregard their FB speed?
