After the comeback win today.. I feel like the angels finally have some momentum coming our way for the first time in a while. I know we are probably going to trade ohtani, but at what point would we not?
If we hypothetically win Tommorow and let’s say 2/3 against the yankees, we have a couple of series’s the angels should be able to win. For the sake of the argument let’s say we sweep the tigers and lose one against the pirates. That would make our record in this entirely made up scenario 54-49. At that point I feel like we keep ohtani?
I know this is entirely my fantasy idea and we likely won’t be anywhere near that point, but hey.. we could. I really hope we find some way to keep ohtani long-term because he’s so fun to watch.
